Role Accountabilities:
Resource Complexity: the accountability for resources including people, budgets, systems, knowledge and experience
• Establishes programme objectives to achieve business results by critical dates consistent with commitments made to Snell and Snell’s customers by Product Management.
• Plans and manages the programmes which involve co-ordination of and liaison with multiple departments.
• Manages multiple programmes on a daily basis and balances resource use according to priorities agreed with Product Managers.
• Controls the programmes and ensures that programme objectives remain consistent with the overall business strategy and that they are achieved on schedule and within the required budget.
• Manages change in programme direction, scope, benefits, costs, and timing while minimising financial risks.
• Implements the Snell NPI processes in a way such that appropriate documents are comprehensively written and the key people are brought together for each stage gate review.
• Developing specialist skills and knowledge in related work areas (i.e. Continual Personal Development)

• Put together complete project plan including schedule, project budget and risk assessment.
• Facilitate stake holders prioritization of projects. Work closely with Operation Teams, Product, Risk, Legal, Marketing, IT, Super Technical Team, Sales and other Macquarie Groups to meet business objectives.
• Maintain risks and issues register, produce weekly report for stakeholders, report on progress to senior management at regular steering groups.
• Assignment of project work to team members. Monitor team performance and conduct performance reviews.
• Attend superannuation legislative and product group meetings with a system vendor and their clients. My representation was to ensure the vendor was planning to deliver enhancements to the system that my team were aware of concerning upcoming legislative changes that would impact on how the system needed to behave to remain compliant.
