Employment History

Flight Centre UK
Business Analyst – Contract, London
• Assigned as lead Business Analyst on one of the largest current IT projects at Flight Centre (FC) UK.
• This project was to replace the current telephony system, both in stores and offices, from a PBX solution to a cloud based contact centre solution.
• My involvement was to attend and analyse potential telephony supplier presentations, gather the business wide technical requirements, convert these into an RFP (Request for Proposal) document which was then sent out to all suppliers selected to be part of the RFP process.
• Once the supplier responses had been received, I ran several workshops with the aim of scoring each supplier’s response. Each RFP question was assigned a weighting, and then answers were scored based on their compliance and relevance to FC.
• I then presented these Technical, Financial and Company results to the IT Director. This information was used to select the supplier who will carry out the telephony platform changes.
• I then worked with the chosen supplier to support the implementation of the new telephone system.
• I was also involved in various other IT projects, from a requirements gathering, documentation, testing perspective. Some of these include introducing online payments, sourcing a new intranet, Office 365 roll-out, and RBAC (Roll Based Access Control).
