• Approved QA/QC Civil Inspector by owner Kuwait Oil Company.
Evaluate non-conformances and determine their acceptability/criteria or upon consideration to the item’s criticality rating; record and cross-reference deviations or concessions, and maintain a deviations and concession registration.
Develops and implements methods and procedures for disposition of discrepant material.
Re-inspect post-surveillance modifications, corrective action and replacements in accordance with the original requirements, recorded and cross-referenced.
Analyze failure, corrective and preventive action to respond to customer/client complaints.

• Conduct Inspection for scaffoldings, formworks, reinforcement bars sized, spacing and cutting/bending, alignments, elevations, locations, for all sub-structure with respect to approved shop drawing and safety requirements, and specifications prior to concrete casting.
• Monitor the batching time, time of arrival at site, slump and flow of the concrete delivered at site up to the time of finished of concrete pouring.
• Follow up and Monitor the concrete strength of samples taken during concrete casting.
