DUTIES

• Setting out building

• Brick and block laying structures, flooring, concreting, pavements and drive ways and plastering.

• Refractory bricklaying-furnaces and boilers

• Plans organize and delegates work to subordinates

• Formulates and updates working procedures to follow when undertaking various tasks and ensuring various tasks and ensuring that safety standards are being adhered to.

• Updates all civil drawings and designs modifications of buildings and houses as requested.

• Ensures economic use of available resources

• Prepares time estimates for specific work and projects.

• Measure work area and calculate how many bricks will be needed for the structure.

• Make sure that sufficient bricks are available at all times and order more bricks for subsequent work days
