Qualifications
Degree in Bachelor of Communication Science through the University of South Africa (UNISA) – My academic record is currently being audited by the university as standard protocol implemented in order to ensure validity and quality of all graduates. If required, I am able to produce an academic record which reflects credits for the 30 modules that were essential for the completion of my degree.
Key Skills
I possess exceptional writing and speaking skills. I am able to adapt easily and develop new skills in the work environment efficiently. I am computer literate and well-practiced in Microsoft Office. I have completed a Bachelor of Arts degree in Communication Science and this has given me skills in research, situation analysis, assessment of media channels including advertising and social media, as well as film and print media, communication via verbal and non-verbal channels, corporate communication,the importance of meeting deadlines and the execution of tasks in a timely and satisfactory manner.
My previous employment experiences have allowed me to discover and partake in creative, social and intellectual activities. My participation in team/group activities allowed me to develop my socially interactive, leadership and organizational skills. As a tertiary student in a distance-learning university I have learnt to take initiative and complete tasks independently, whilst working on an allocated time period. This has taught me discipline and, understanding the importance of executing tasks to the best of my ability in order to achieve optimal results for the promotion of myself, as well as for the sake of the integrity of the organisation that employs me.
