February 2015 – present:
LOCAL COMMUNITY RELATIONS DEPARTMENT MANAGER
GAZPROM NEFT MIDDLE EAST COMPANY (RUSSIA) IN IRAQI KURDISTAN(Oil and Gas exploration).

Main achievements: ensured the smooth running of the overseas community projects through efficient organization of CLO’s; created suitable and favorable conditions for Gazprom Neft Company to work in Iraqi Kurdistan.

Main duties:

-liaised and interacted with all necessary local Government high ranking officials, stakeholders, political parties leaders, project partners, village chiefs, land owners and villagers for all community projects;

– planned and implemented short-terms and long-terms programs to promote community awareness;

– coordinated community project work for the volunteers, and meetings with the community;

– recruited and verified local personnel to work for the company in Iraqi Kurdistan;

– implemented a number of social programs and projects on behalf of the company;

– monitored situation in the region to prevent any possible damages to the company and threats to their employees;
