The Infrastructure Needs Program (INP II) is a 5-years $800 Million program funded by the United States Agency for International Development (USAID). US-based Black & Veatch is the A&E, Program Manager of INPII. 

Created, updated & controlled Program’s labor and services budget under supervision of Program Controls Manager. 

Reviewed baseline & updated schedules and ensured conformance to contract requirements using Primavera P6, P8. 

Audited Contractors’ payment requests of roads and water projects implemented under INP II. 

Reviewed Variation Order Requests (VOR) and prepared Variation Orders (VO) for client’s approval. 

Verified quantities and examined time and cost impact changes incorporated with Variation Orders. 

Supported office of Construction Management (CM) field staff in CM-related activities. 

Fully managed USAID’s Geo-MIS online system through collecting, auditing, tracking and reporting generic and specific performance indicators (man-days, jobs created, beneficiaries) for all construction projects under INP II. 

Rawabi – First Planned Palestinian City, Palestine,

Rawabi is the first planned Palestinian City. The estimated total cost of Phase I is $1 Billion. 

Planned, prepared, conducted and administered all contracts, under the leadership of Contracts Manager, relating to the construction of 88 residential buildings (1,600 units) & Rawabi Town Center (a total build-up area of 300,000 m²). 

Prepared material and workmanship budgets for Rawabi’s residential and mixed-use packages. 

Managed contractors’ claims in terms of cost and time compensation, where tasks included documentation, examination of change impacts (schedule, cost of additional work, progress and potential risks). 

Reviewed pre-construction submittals such as method statements, time schedules and risk management plans. 

Prepared project management processes and assets such as material order flowcharts, submittals flow charts, and traceability matrixes, staff assignment matrixes, monitoring and controlling logs and configuration management plans.
