Highly motivated and hardworking, I have just recently completed the Access to Higher Education Diploma in Social Science at the beginning of June 2015. The course covered modules in Psychology and Sociology where I have learnt about the diversity of social situations, and gained knowledge and understanding of topics such as psychological behaviours and healthcare.
I am bilingual, with English being my main language and am also fluent in Malay. I am reliable and multi skilled, with more than 10 years of work experience within customer services and in the administrative field. Currently looking forward to a change in career, and seeking a challenging and varied position in the healthcare sector. I have good interpersonal skills, am an excellent team worker and very willing to learn and develop new skills.
