As a personal development enthusiast, I am currently upgrading my French linguistic skills from intermediate to advanced level, and working toward a diploma in Cognitive Behavioural Therapy and Prince2 foundation and practitioner exam via distance learning. I am also a volunteer with the British Red Cross for emergency multi-agency training exercises. To keep fit and competitive, I enjoy a weekly swim, badminton and spontaneous walks.
