TurboCare Europe, mainly active on Westinghouse and Fiat Gas turbines, intended to expand their business by servicing the GE Gas turbines. The industrial GE Gas turbine business potential is significant.

At current time the industrial GE resources within TurboCare Europe organisation were fragmented, inadequately responding to the market and insufficient equipped to meet the challenge.

In order to decide how this situation could be improved, TurboCare requested me to carry out a market study in Europe.

My assignment was to investigate the market potential on Parts, Overhauls and Part repair. After finishing my market study I have been asked to support TurboCare Italy (parts refurbishment shop) to set up a service organization in Europe in combination with TurboCare US for new parts. Inspection work I organized from out Holland.
