• Vendor Inspections- Coordinate with Sharjah H.O, Vendors and KOC representatives. Attend inspection and prepare inspection report & inspection release note.
• Manage subcontractor RFIs- Ensure RFIs are raised from subcontractors as per KOC Approved ITP, Specification & standards).
• Subcontractor RAMs (Request for Approval of Material) – After receiving RAM from subcontractor, check if it is meeting all specification/drawings requirements and submit to KOC for approval.
• Site Audits – Follow up Quality Improvement Actions from internal audit and ensure to close them.
• ITPs/QCPs – Approval of the same to be followed up with client. After receiving approval from client, send them to subcontractors formally for implementation.

• Ensuring the project specific requirements is communicated to Site Electrical Superintendents, Foreman and electricians.
• To conduct periodic Quality Tool Box talks for all E&I crews including sub-contractors.

And make sure that only card holders must do the activities.
