SUMMARY OF QUALIFICATIONS

WELLS SUPERVISOR:

• Follow up wells activities and performance ( Natural flow, ESP, Sucker Rod Pump, and water injection wells).

• Supervise jobs applied on oil and gas wells:

– Oil and gas well testing.

– Formation stimulation (hydraulic fractures and acid stimulation).

– Acid, water and Diesel back wash and unplug method for ESP. using coil tube

– Coiled tubing jobs (Fishing, unloading …etc).

• Supervise all jobs applied in water injection wells

– Injection testes for water injection wells.

– Check communication between tubing and casing.

• Follow up and evaluate all wells’ performance, investigate and diagnose wells’ problems, trouble-shoots the same and propose action requirements in addition to maintain comprehensive data base

• Check the efficiency and performance for all well site equipment in order to keep running properly (Power generators, chemical skids,).

• Issue work orders for project department for construction of all new wells flow lines and manifolds or modifications of old flow lines.

• Follow up all projects activities.

• Follow up all preparations to put any well on service.

• Follow up all preparations for any early production facilities at well site (Gas and Oil wells).

PROCESS SHIFT ENGINEER:

• Follow up the activities and performance for crude oil treatment facilities:

– Crude oil separation, emulsion break and free water dumping.

– Crude oil treatment, heating and storage.

– Crude oil shipping.

– Participate in technical studies for starting, shut down, upgrading and modifying the installed process facilities.

• Follow up the activities and performance for water injection facilities.

• Check the efficiency and performance for all equipment in order to keep running properly (Sep., heaters, re-boilers, shipping pumps, chemical skids, power generators and instrumentations …).

LABORATORY FOLLOW-UP:

• Check crude oil treatment and shipping parameters to keep in standard range (i.e.: pour point degree, salt content …).

• Assist the lab screen test and then field test for different chemicals.

WAREHOUSE WORK:

• Follow up material status (Request issue, selection, ordering, receiving and acceptance) for material concerning production and process dept.

• Reviewing the min/max and stock.

PAPER WORK:

• Prepare daily production report.

• Reply for head office memos and inquiries.

• Prepare memos for head office for new job, future plan, production drop/increase justifications…etc.

• Prepare for presentations.

Training and courses:

• Sucker Rod Pumping: Design, selection, and troubleshooting (five days in OGS training center).

• ESP: Design, selection, and troubleshooting (five days in OGS training center).

• Basics of Artificial lift Methods: Gas lift, ESP, SRP, PCP (five days in OGS training center).

• Well control: Drilling supervisor (Six days in OGS training center).

• Well Stimulation: Hydraulic Frac. and Acidizing (five days in OGS training center).

• Applied HAZOP in oil and gas processing (five days in OGS training center).

• Planned Shutdown and Critical Activities, Isolation, Startup & Commissioning.
