Turbine Control Engineer – Pluto LNG Project
Responsible for the commissioning, start-up and operation of the gas turbines installed in Pluto LNG Phase 1. These consist of 4 X MS6001 generator drives with DLN1 fuel systems and 2 X MS7001EA driving Nuovo Pignone gas compressors. All turbines have G.E. MKVI Speedtronic control systems.

CREOLE PRODUCTION SERVICES INCORPORATED
Controls Maintenance Supervisor on contract to Phillips Petroleum Norway, Ekofisk offshore field. Responsible for maintenance, operation and overhaul of 40 GE MS 1002, MS 3002, MS5001, MS5002, Solar Centaur / Saturn & Allison electrical and mechanical drive gas turbine packages on various offshore platforms. Promoted to Project Manager, responsible for co-ordination of all on-shore and off-shore activities from Stavanger office. 1981 – 1982 Project Manager, Creole Operations Abu Dhabi for CFP Zadco.
1972 – 1977 :
JOHN BROWN ENGINEERING GAS TURBINES , CLYDEBANK.
Initially Controls Systems Test Engineer responsible for the inspection and testing of MKI and MKII Control Panels. Promoted to Test Engineer & Senior Test Engineer responsible for factory test and performance evaluation of new gas turbine packages prior to shipment.
