Achievements
• Added new markets: Increased the number of countries we export our products from 39 to 52.

Job Overview – I was hired to grow its network in the Sub-Saharan Africa region as well as the Indian Ocean Island countries. Locate, evaluate and appoint new distributors. Manage key accounts.

Job Overview – I was hired to establish a formal exports department, find new markets and grow export sales. From 2005 when I joined to 2013 when I left, we grew from a monthly target of R1 million to R5 million and from two staff members to six.
Leading activity across the entire sales lifecycle – from the development of new markets, building relationships, generating and pursuing leads, preparing quotations, negotiating and reaching agreement on pricing and terms, compiling export documentation, to providing after sales support, technical support and training. Additional roles involve participating in local & international trade shows and exhibitions.
I left to utilize my knowledge of HVAC products & International markets to grow Daikin’s network in Africa.
Achievements – Successfully added new markets and new clients. Achieved growth of 8.47% in my first year of employment and 35.6% in 2011.
