Project Manager for the construction of El-Khayyat Shopping Center with 200 car underground parking, land escape,& glass gallery. Several venders & Suppliers delivered the works packages.

Responsibility: Owner Side to manage the Project Construction. My scope covers design stage & Arch. designer selection , tenders, procurements, contracts awards, execution ,survey & Q.S, cash flow management & monitoring construction. Testing & Commissioning. Study the need for M.B.S.

 Managing Designs: Hiring ,during the foundation work ,an Italian consultant to revise the initial design which was done locally. New revision is comprehensive & detailed; Arch, Mech. …etc.

 Prequalification & approval of contractors &suppliers . Analyze & report tenders.

 Selection & Approval :1-E/M equipments ; Elevators &AC system, Fire Fighting Sys., Plumbing. 2-Electrical System & Lightings. 3-Arch. Materials; Marbles Slabs. Glass& Aluminum Works.

Responsibility: Manage the procurement of the Project Civil Infrastructure Info Communication Network, which cost 120 M., @ 120 Street Intersections for three cities. Client: Ministry of Interior C.W. includes construction of new Building Facilities .Create the civil work tech. Prepare Project RFP, & RFQ. Analysis tender. Approve invoices. Lead Dallah/ contractor C .W. Procurement meeting.

Contributions: Creating Civil Work Tech. Specs. Procurements & QC Management. Manage linking contractors to one approved material producer to maintain a uniform ,dimension & performance.

July 1992- Nov. 2007

A multi billion SR underground strategic storage plant facility for refined petroleum products built by ABV nearby five major cities,& currently operated by Aramco.

• Superintendent @ABV. Buridah site. 1 year.

Buildings Section Head @ Civil Work Dept.

Responsibility: Manage the execution,& the supervision of the construction work for facility buildings as per project quality, drawings, time frame ,& within the budget. Forecast manpower, material & equipment.

• QC Chief Supervisor at ABV. @ Jeddah & Medina Sites 8 1/2 yrs. Section head for lab ,of 54 personal , that performed standard tests for materials are per the tech. specs & QC/QA Dept. requirements. Tests cover steel, NDT, concrete / shotcrete production, aggregates, water, asphalt, & paint. Reporting directly to QC Manager.

Responsibility: Prepare annual budget. Develop procedure to ensure that QA/QC systems are functioning and documented. Establish & maintain the Operating Manual according ISO9000.Establish the procedure & inspections forms . Initiate NCR. Prepare Monthly Lab Quality Report. Coordinate with Civil W. Dept. & Procurement Dept. for the implementation of effective planning, scheduling,& cost control.
