Main duties include:
Site set up/signage, hoardings, and safety barriers etc.
Ensuring company HS&E and quality standards
Ensuring a safe working environment is maintained at all times
Working on fast-track live retail contracts
Ensuring that an agreed level of PPE is issued to all site operatives and visitors and recorded also site has adequate levels of PPE at all times

Duties within this role were carried out whilst working in my father’s building company after leaving high school. Whilst working with painters and decorators on a daily basis on building sites I learnt all aspects of the trade and finished my training after three years and qualified as a time served painter and decorator then moving on to a site supervisor’s role then onto site management.
