I’ve been 11 years in the construction industry, during my time at Aveng Grinaker-LTA Building and Civil Engineering; I gained considerable experience where I was exposed to super structure projects that had various disciplines and situations. My experience working as a team leader within Construction Industry has made me a very meticulous and motivated about any job role that I peruse. I am a multi skilled person who bring qualities plus a solutions-orientated approach, efficient time management, organisational skills, strong work ethic and a hands on approach.
I prioritise, control a section or a certain area of a large building project from the commencement to the completion and handover to the client in consultation with site management. I manage, develop and support the construction process for the project in a safe, structured, cost effective and timely manner. Forecast labour, equipment, and material needs in accordance with site/job program. I am accountable for the delivery of constructions services, personnel for the project ensuring that high standards are maintained and continuously improved. I promote health and safety distribute environment awareness and hazard’s control principles.
I ensure that all the companies HSE rules are adhered too and upheld by all parties involved. I oversee that all site personnel work safe and implement safe working practices and that they are working in a safe working environment. I always deliver a high standard of workmanship to produce an excellent and quality finish product so that the client is satisfied. I exercise a continuous improvement philosophy across the construction team to motivate and encourage the team to exceed current milestones by delivery best practises at all times.
