Profile
I am looking for a new challenge, having worked for two large organisations in property for 10 years and enjoyed my time greatly. I love to work with people, to motivate, inspire and lead. I want to work for a growing company with a strong brand. I believe in working as hard as you can to achieve what you want and I apply this to my life both personally and professionally. I’m level headed and love a challenge.

Head of Sales | The Outside View, London | www.theoutsideview.co.uk
06/08/2015 – Present
The Outside View is a software platform that uses machine learning to predict what will happen in the future. The current product takes UK homeowner data and predicts, using an algorithm, when a property is likely to be put on the market for sale, we then take this information and advise local estate who and how to market their services to. It is a start-up business a year old with grand ambitions.
My role at The Outside View has two aspects – one is to recruit and manage the client services team – this team are an outbound lead generation team who phone prospective homeowners on behalf of our clients. The Client Services department provides the highest growth opportunities in The Outside View therefore it is also my role to grow our client base that uses us for this service – I prospect and meet with potential clients throughout the month to win new business.
