Supervising the overall procure-to-deliver cycle management for 3 prime categories: Caterpillar Power Systems, Atlas Copco Compressors, and Atlas Copco Mining Machinery. An overview of main responsibilities includes: Suppliers Management, Logistics Support, Inventory Management and Control and Distribution.
Evaluating the reliability of suppliers and building mutually beneficial relationships which improves the overall supply chain performance in particular delivery lead times
