Over twenty four ( 24 ) years of experience in construction / Maintenance industry for Oil & Gas Refinery (Onshore & Offshore), Petrochemical Plants, Power Plants, Industrial Plants, Rotating Mechanical Equipment, and Heating, Ventilating & Air Conditioning Projects. I had been working overseas projects for over 20 years in different countries such as: Saudi Arabia, Qatar, The Netherlands, United Kingdom, Belgium, Germany, Russia, Myanmar, Malaysia and Singapore. 4 years worked in local projects. Duties and Responsibilities:
• Providing guidance and expert advice to the Main Contractor (SEPCO III) in all matters relating to Quality on the Power Plant and in particular with the
compilation, presentation and handover of all Quality Records, Documents, Test Packs etc., to the Client’s Engineer (POYRY) & Owner (SWCC).
• My role is primarily that of a senior advisor / consultant with responsibility for overall oversight of SEPCO III Quality Dept. to ensure compliance with
contract QA specification & requirements.
• Assist, advise and provide assistance to SEPCO III to expedite the completion of the project to the required quality standards.
• Review Turn Over Packages documentation prior to submission to the Owner Engineer (POYRY) for review and approval. This will include As-built
drawings, Inspection records, calibration certificates, and compliance of the approved Field Quality Plan.
• Ensure that Quality inspections are scheduled in a manner that document review and walk downs can coincide and any Punch Lists generated during
document review are closed out promptly.
• Report Quality Progress to APC Site Manager
• Report to APC Site Manager any Quality deficiencies observed and recommend improvement plan for him to discuss with SEPCO III higher
management.

Two water tube Boilers, 180 tons / hr capacity ; Two Heat Recovery Steam Generator; Two Gas Turbine GE F9E; Three Steam Turbine Driven Compressors; Pumps; Piping; Associated mechanical package / equipment; and Structural steels.
Duties and responsibilities:
Assist the Project Manager that includes cost estimates, scheduling & manpower distribution, prepare Method Statements, raised Technical Queries;
Quality Management that includes attend QA/QC meeting with the Client and Owner, Qualify welders as per ASME IX, Conduct quality audits, prepare WPS/PQR (as per ASME IX) and QA/QC Procedures, maintain and ensure that the implementation of the Project Quality Plan, ITP, and Client / Owner Project Quality requirements is being followed at site and of the whole Quality Department, Work & coordinate with ExxonMobil Project Management Team to bring PWHT work & Test Packages backlogs to zero within the target schedule, Lead equipment preservation including track record monitoring and report it to Client and ExxonMobil, Supervised the video scope internal inspection of pressure vessels & heat exchangers stored for long period of time in recovery area to confirm internal parts are free from any corrosion. Result of the inspection will be forwarded to ExxonMobil.
Assist Pre-com / Commissioning works after Mechanical Completion.

Project Name: SembCorp Utilities – Seraya Plant Expansion Project in Jurong Island, Singapore.
Project consist of the following: – Installation of 2 units of steam boilers (free issue by the client). Installation of associated piping (natural gas, HGIW line, Demin. water line, Diesel pipe line, Plan/Instrument air line, Fire water line). C & I and Electrical installation. Boiler water feed pumps, pipe rack, Civil foundations installation. Other associated equipments.
Duties and responsibilities:
Senior QA/QC Engineer responsible for all Quality issues.
F. From April 2005 to July 2005 (Singapore Head office).
Assigned in JEL Maintenance Head Office for project tendering/quotation of incoming projects for bidding. Prepare QA/QC procedures of on-going projects.

Duties and responsibilities:
Assigned in JEL Maintenance Head Office for Project Management that includes Cost Estimates and prepare quotations for Project Bidding, Visit on-going maintenance works at various sites, Project Documentation, Project-in-charge of SUT ER’s maintenance work at SUT Sakra in Jurong Island, Singapore.
ER’s maintenance work are the following:
– ER-285/288 installation of service & maintenance platform.
– ER-HGIW installation of alternative high grade industrial water supply to
Chevron (FRP pipe line).
– ER-192/208 installation of FRP pipe line.
– IB-53 Installation of tank FRP cover (Approx. 10 x 10 M size).

Project Name: Repair, re-installation and commissioning works for 2 units of Gas turbine – Frame 5 & frame 6 for Myanma Electric Power Enterprise in Myanmar.

Supervised re-installation work of re-furbished rotor, installation of 1st/2nd/3rd turbine rotor blades/shroud blocks/nozzles, installation of lower half bearings, rotor installation, Installation of combustion cans/transition pieces and others until final closure of the upper half casing), conduct commissioning works, attend progress meeting with the client, work scheduling, inspection and Supervision of safety at site.
