profit of approx INR 2.00 per case of production

College Project

A project on “Preparation of novel food products from half mature coconut pulp” had been done under the

guidance of Dr. P. Mishra and Mr. S.L. Chakraborty of Food Technology Department, Techno India, Salt Lake,

Kolkata. The vision of the project was to prepare new products from the half mature pulp of coconut and to preserve

them. Study had been conducted on determining the shelf life and quality retention of the products. Feasibility and

acceptance study of the product in the market had also been done.
