I am a specialist in planning furniture production, general management, problem solving and productivity improvement. Set up new factories , with over 30 years of furniture experience. I used to work for Targets and Goals. Excellent organizer and planner with strong passion for my work, I have been very successful in creating and
implementing strategic plans, workers recruiting, workers training, setting and administering budgets, and developing improved processes to meet short term and long term objectives. A forward thinking multi-tasker and hard-worker with a well-developed eye for detail, I use the Kaizen method of process improvement to confidently oversee operations and ensure project/order requirements are met within the established budget, design plans for production/manufacturing, and production goals.
