Project description : The project is to install, liquefied Carbon dioxide (CO2) Production facility at the Green Carbon’s Project locations within EQUATE & their own land in Shuaiba Authority area.

The main process of this facility is to compress, purify, dehydrate and liquefy CO2 from a CO2 booster plant located near an Ethylene Glycol (EG1) plant owned and operated by EQUATE.

Duties and Responsibilities

 Develop project HSE plan and procedures in accordance with client’s HSE Management system.

 Monitor, advise and control various contractors for the execution of project HSE plan.

 Evaluate Contractors key personnel for to approve them for site works.

 Develop the site HSE induction programme for all Employees, Subcontractors and manage the implement of the programme.

 Hazard identification and control (PHA, FTA, CCA, HAZOP, FMEA, PHEA etc).

 Developing the HSE training Programs for all employees at site office.

 Prepare project H & S statistics.

 Establish and maintain effective communications, co-ordination and feedback systems between Company, contractors and Subcontractors.

Duties and Responsibilities

 Developing the site HSE plan and procedures in line with company’s policy and reviewing it periodically.

 Implementation of MEW’s health and safety regulations at site.

 Giving safety coverage for the various phases of the project starting from pre construction, construction, erection, inspection, commissioning and more.
