 Processing and controlling all documentation in a proprietary document retrieval program for access by internal staffing

 Insuring sensitive material is properly secured

 Performing daily back up of all documentation

• Risk Management:

 Coordinating with all onboarding candidates that they complete their safety and OSHA testing and required safety and OSHA documentation

 Communicating with healthcare providers and clinics related to candidates’ and employees’ medical screenings

 Documenting and coordinating with clients, company executives and internal staff related to any on the job injuries

 Insuring all on the job injuries are properly documented

 Reviewing the incidences of injuries for resolution and prevention

• Support Services:

 Supporting recruitment of new candidates

 Communicating with clients and employees on new assignments

 Scheduling new candidates for interviews
