Supporting the Company with their volunteer services at the North Texas Food Bank
• Payroll Administration:
Coordinating with 100 field Employees on securing their payroll hours on a weekly basis
Inputting the payroll hours into the payroll system
Validating payroll
Distributing the final payroll
• Documentation Management:
Securing all federal, state and company required new employee and updated employee documentation
Processing and controlling all documentation in a proprietary document retrieval program for access by internal staffing
Insuring sensitive material is properly secured
Performing daily back up of all documentation
• Risk Management:
Coordinating with all onboarding candidates that they complete their safety and OSHA testing and required safety and OSHA documentation
Communicating with healthcare providers and clinics related to candidates’ and employees’ medical screenings
Documenting and coordinating with clients, company executives and internal staff related to any on the job injuries
Insuring all on the job injuries are properly documented
Reviewing the incidences of injuries for resolution and prevention
• Support Services:
Supporting recruitment of new candidates
Communicating with clients and employees on new assignments
Scheduling new candidates for interviews
