 Implementing the SOP’s (Standard Operating Procedures) in the warehouse.

 Identifying new & better space saving techniques for goods movement, identification & storage.

 Efficiently managing the Inventory, Manpower & Material handling systems to maximise productivity.

 Finalizing all the system related transactions.

 Stock transfer of material to other warehouses across the country resulting in less procurement and effective Usage of available inventory with other business units.

Inventory Management

 Replenish the stock items by raising purchase indents and delivery advices.

 Conduct Inventory analysis regular inventory verification of stock items.

 Govern the inventory function so as to curtail inventory-holding expenses and adherence to the minimum inventory level to minimize wastage.

 Monitor the age of the unutilised inventory, track, and use the same to avoid working capital blockage.

 Periodic Assetification or Consumption booking

 Monthly review with internal user teams for providing consumption details

 Opex and Capex Material Purchasing

Capex Activity:

 Planning of Materials as per the requirement of internal users and ensure that materials are reaching on time.

 Providing monthly forecast to vendors for long lead items to ensure the smooth transaction of materials.

 Analyzing the Pending Purchase orders and push the materials for delivery based on the requirement.

 Plan and ensure that materials are reaching in the right time in the right quantity with right quality.

 Alerting the team to get the stock, as and when any stock reaches its ROL.

 Planning necessary actions against the moving and slow moving items by stock transfers across south circles to avoid the new purchase and dead Inventory.

 Negotiating and comparing multiple quotes with vendors and finalizing the products with them at best price.

 Conduct weekly review with internal teams like Local Access, Subscriber Access, and Infrastructure etc., for materials and understand their plans and requirements and ensure that materials are available accordingly.

 Being a part in renewing the Rate contract’s for the expired contracts for various Capex materials.

 Periodic follow up with Finance for release of payment to suppliers.

 Introducing new vendors to avoid the smooth transaction of materials.

 Alerting Inventory team and internal team about expected material arrival into the stores.

 Responsible in finalizing and renewing of civil and Electrical works contract within multiple vendors.
