CCC & WBHO JV constructed 48” cross country pipeline for transportation of raw water from Dikathlong Dam to Palapye Reservoir in Botswana along with Pumping station and related reservoirs. As the QA/QC Manager for the JV my responsibilities were as follows:
Responsible for ensuring that the quality management system (QMS) is fully implemented in an organized and efficient manner.

Carry out Internal Audits and Supplier Audits in accordance with Project Quality Plan and Project Contractual requirements.
Review and approve vendor’s Quality documents like, Inspection and Test Plan, NDE procedure, Weld Books (WPS&PQR), PWHT, PMI, Hydro test Procedures, PMI etc.
Prepare and implement Audit Schedules and Quality Training Schedules.
Attend all quality related meetings and Client Audits with Client.
Liaise with Client on Quality matters and updating the Client about Inspection test schedules and test results, maintain and update NCR log.
Overall responsible for preparation of handover documentation and certification of work done.

QA/QC Manager (Algeria)
I was working as the QA/QC Manager for Bentini SpA (Tanks) for their SONATRACH GNL 3Z Project under SAIPEM for LNG Tanks & LPG Spheres at Arzew, Algeria. We constructed 2 Full Containment LNG Tanks of capacity 160,000 m3, 1 Butane Tank 26,000 m3, 1 Propane Tank 70,000 m3 and 2 Spheres one for Gasoline and the other for Propane. All tanks were Full Containment type. The work also includes all the external and internal cryogenic piping along with Main Operating Platform (MOP). My responsibilities as QA/QC Manager were as follows:

Participate in all meetings with Saipem & Sonatrach on behalf Bentini to cover quality related matters.

I was working as NDT Level III Consultant for Insight Quality Services. My duties were as follows:
Review of Clients NDT Procedures for compliance with Code & Standard requirements and make suggestions. I was also required to guide the Clients NDT personnel as well as train them if necessary in relevant NDT methods. Additionally I was also taking teaching classes in Insight Training facility for NDT Level I and NDT Level II candidates. I was involved in carrying out training for candidates appearing for ASNT NDT Level III examinations by giving training in preparatory courses. I was involved in AUT procedure preparation for Clients and validations of AUT as per requirements of international codes and standards.

I was working as Project Quality Manager for Rosetti Marino SpA for their Ancillary Steel Work Project at Astrakhan, Russian Federation. Ancillary Steel Work Project was a part of Kashagan Development Experimental Project off the coast of Kazakhstan. We had carried out construction of pre-fabricated piping and equipment installation on 5 mega sized Piperacks. We had carried out approximately 800,000 inch dia piping weld joint fabrication, installation and testing in various piping materials ranging from Duplex Stainless Steels, Cupronickel, Haste alloys, HALC & HSLA Steels etc. My responsibilities as Project Quality Manager were as follows:
Implementation of Rosetti Marino’s QMS for the Project.
Prepare and revise as required WPS’s for all the materials involved in the Project.
Carryout PQR qualifications for the piping materials as required. This included CTOD test requirements in accordance with EEMUA requirements.
Prepare and revise all the Quality Procedures and Inspection Test Plans for the Project.
Organize welder qualification tests.
Carry out all MT, PT, RT, UT & AUT (Phased Array & TOFD) technique demonstration.
Assign daily works inspections to Rosetti QC Supervisors and co-ordinate with Client AGIP KCO and Keppel Kazakhstan.
Attend weekly Project meetings.

I was working in the capacity of QC Superintendent & NDT Level III for their entire facility covering the Sites and workshops. At the time of my employment with Belleli, I was handling 6 sites and 2 workshop activities involving over 200 QA/QC personnel.
Site works were ranging from Refinery Piping Works, Storage Tanks, Pipeline works, Installation of large Column’s and Pressure Vessels.
Belleli Workshop were producing various Heat Exchangers, Pressure Vessels, Skid Mounted process systems, Gas Compression units etc. for various industries as Nuclear, Refinery, FPSO, Fertiliser industries to name a few.
