IN-HOUSE QUALITY / CUSTOMER QUALITY
- Responsible for First OFF inspection, In-Process Inspection, PDI & Layout Inspection.
- Responsible for Countermeasure Closure and Effectiveness Monitoring for all concerns.
- Preparation of Quality Assurance Plan & Final inspection check sheet for products.
- Root cause analysis and taking countermeasure for In-Process, PDI and Customer rejections.
- 8D preparation for customer complaints.
- Conducting daily meeting for Rejection analysis and PFMEA. Control plan and PFD revision
- Quality Alert, One point lesson, Skill matrix preparation.
