Project Overview: Ruwais Sulphur Handling Terminal is a US$680 Million Sulphur Handling

Terminal Project by state owned GASCO (ADNOC Group). Joint venture EPC, Pre-Commissioning and Commissioning is undertaken by Techint and Al Jaber Energy Services (AJES). This mega-project has a total plant Area of 2500000 sqm of construction facilities. Once in operation, this giant Project will be able to Receive 22,000 TPD of Granulated Sulphur. Project involves the Rail Unloading (4000 TPH), Granule Storage (Capable of storing up to 30 days production at the Design Capacity of 22,000 TPD) and Ship Loading of elemental granular Sulphur (Design Capacity of 4,000 TPH).

Scope: Lead QA/QC Engineer; Responsibility includes Monitoring of Quality Management System being implemented by Joint Venture partners TAJV (Tecint Al Jaber) at every Stages of EPC Contract, guiding PMTC Members at Quality Interfaces of assigned work, Carrying out Quality Audit pertaining to various Construction activities undertaken by Contractor, taking lead role during ISO Certification Audit By accreditation agency (M/s LRQA) etc.

Project Overview: Habshan-5 Process Plant is a US$4.7 Billion Gas Treatment and Sulphur

Recovery Project by state owned GASCO (ADNOC Group). Joint venture EPC, Pre-Commissioning and Commissioning is undertaken by Tecnimont and Japan Gas Company (JGC). This mega-project has a total plant area of 640,000 sqm and a 750,000 sqm. of construction facilities. Once in operation, this giant Project will be able to treat 60 million m³ per day of natural gas and generate up to 5,200 tons per day of sulphur products.
