Since the 1st of October 2009, I  have been responsible for the key accounts, sales etc. in  Benelux, Germany and Scandinavia, mainly concerning the sales of subscriptions, advertisement products and woodworking machinery for our clients. Before  this I was also responsible, managing, supporting, recruiting, training etc. a sales/customer service team for the sales and support in the following countries: Benelux, Scandinavia, Poland, Czech Republic, Slovakia, Romania, the Balkan countries

My main achievements 2010 till now were:

• Reaching the sales target as set for 2009, 2010, 2011, 2012, 2013 and 2014

• Increasing the sales approximately 20% per year

• In 2015 we started a new service mediating concerning the sales/auctions of woodworking machinery between members (existing clients) and buyers (members or visitors on our sites) but also searching for new business.

During the absence of the owner I was also in charge of the office in Bucharest.

My main achievements 2007 -2009 were:

• Reaching the yearly sales target as set for each year

• Increasing the sales in my area between 20%-30% per year

• Managing the sales team by recruitment (if necessary), training, support etc.

Achievements:

In an interval of 10 months (started with October, 04), increased the company budget and increased the growth margin, from 12- to 18 percent.

Since the 1st of September 2005, I was  charged with building the first branch of a new product of Adecco aiming particularly on transportation / Adecco Transportation
