Key Achievements:
● Ensured the successful management of all projects and M&E installations, maintaining financial and budget control and effectively coordinating subcontractors and resources, completing extensive liaison with M&E companies as well as the client’s cost manager and mechanical and electrical design teams
● Developed and oversaw all risk assessments and method statements as well as overseeing onsite toolbox talks
