In the last three and a half years I have been working for the WGC Project Management, leading the Engineering Group (15 persons) for minor modifications to the facilities of EQUION (former BP Colombia) in Casanare – Colombia, having several contracts covering the development of Engineering, purchase of materials, construction and commissioning of these projects, the average amount they are about $ 1,000,000 each, and 6 projects have materialized in this period of time. Among the most recent activities in this Management Project Management is the Well BA GX 39 for BP, a project with a budget of over 6MM USD which was to coordinate all phases (Engineering, Procurement, Construction and Commissioning) of this facility, with a team of 300 persons acting directly in this project. This project was submitted in compliance with all safety standards and be effective and efficient time management and budget.

Neal & Massy Wood Group is responsible for the Supply Contract Integrated Services (Turnarounds, Maintenance, Engineering, Construction and Supply Chain) for BP Trinidad & Tobago offshore facilities that includes eleven, two onshore terminals and has estimated sales of U.S. $ 50M per year, its current workforce of 310 employees. Turnarounds are the most visible part of this contract involves a lot of work during the shortest time possible in order to minimize production losses, and generate greater effectiveness in the maintenance costs incurred during the facility shutdown.

Responsibilities:

• Coordinate and ensure the TAR Team Activities to prepare the execution of the project (Work Packs preparation, logistic, subcontractors, purchasing, etc)

• Define and coordinate the implementation of changes through the TAR or plant shutdown, ensuring the security, integrity and reliability of equipment while minimizing downtime and production losses according to the company’s technical standards as well as HSE standards and plans and procedures.
