 In charge of setting up of Fabrication shop for pre fabrication works for KJO and JGC approval as per Saudi Aramco Standards.

 Witnessing material receiving inspection for pipes, fittings and consumables.

 Responsible for piping prefabrication work in compliance in accordance with ASME 31.3

 Coordinating various construction crews, Quality Persons and Painting Personals and Transport activities of prefabricated spools and supports to Project Site.

 Responsible for installation and erection of mechanical equipment, piping system, structural steel fabrication, platforms and pipe racks at site.

 Preparation of construction drawings and schedules and ensure preparation of “as built” drawings and other job plans and coordinates with lead Piping Engineer on technical data

 Participation in HAZOP / HAZID studies.

 Preparing project reports and attending project meetings with KJO and JGC.

 Focal point to project manager for all mechanical activities from bid to completion.

 Accurately estimate material, construction and labor costs as well as project timescales.
