Applications Engineer for Autodesk/Delcam(2015-Current): Gives pre sales and post sales support on the CADCAM and Metrology Products. This requires being able to do demonstrate using the software and the machines, detailing all the features.
Design and Analysis Engineer for Formula Student Team(2012-2015): Designed the steering, pedal box, and chassis system of the car built from scratch to be structurally feasible. FEA and CFD are rigorously performed to make sure the structural integrity and the performance of the car is maximised.
Technical Engineer for BAE Systems (2011-2012): Managed a project where my team designed a plane that is based on the customers' requirements. Extensive research and development were done to achieve the desired results.

APPLICATIONS ENGINEER– UTODESK/DELCAM
I managed a project which was to machine an Upright. This involved designing a fixture and fasteners, creating toolpaths, 3+2 axis machining, and quality inspection using scanners and CMM machines. Documentations were created detailing all the costs, timescales, and methods. Enriched skills in using CADCAM, Metrology, and machining and demonstrated ability to solve problems and come up with innovative solutions by having a methodical approach throughout the project.
Implemented Product Lifecycle Management system for the advanced manufacturing facility’s equipment and suppliers. This made the management of the projects, maintenance, and supplier needs digitalised for ease of use.
Responsible for a project to design exhibition stands for the IMTS and SIMAC shows. This involved finding suppliers and negotiating on the prices of the stand build wherein I managed to save £20,000 on the total cost. Also created marketing strategies by creating events, competitions, and promotions on social media.
I worked in Salt Lake City for 3 months to train how to use the ins and outs of FeatureCAM. Accountable for the creation of professional documentations and videos on how the customers can use the software in the most effective manner. I augmented my aptitude in using C++ and Visual Studio to create macros and codes for machine designs.
2012 – 2015
DESIGN AND ANALYSIS ENGINEER – FORMULA STUDENT
Responsible for leading a team to design chassis, steering, pedal box system. This entailed the use of CAD, CAM, FEA, and CFD software to complete the project. The designs were rigorously developed by continuous FEA and CFD analysis to improve structural integrity, weight, comfort, and performance.
I have industrialised my project management and problem solving skills in being able to lead a team that works towards one goal, under the timeframe given.
2011 – 2012
TECHNICAL ENGINEER – BAE SYSTEMS
Designated as the team leader where the task was to design the the most viable fighter plane that is adequate with the customer’s requirements using Solidworks. The main problem encountered was deciding which components of the plane are more necessary than others. I proposed a ranking matrix for each of the factors to solve this problem. This strategy is now implemented in the company in ordering preferences.
