Achievements
• Reduced the cost of making pallets/trolleys by increasing the quantities loaded thereby reducing the total number of pallets for loading/transportation. Increased volume reduced cost to company to the tune of 25lacs during the project time.
• Implementation of Poka Yokes wherever necessary and therefore reducing the possibility of producing defected parts.
• Productivity Improvement by reducing the cycle time of sub assembly and assembly process.
