Built on the commercial & operational success of Covidien representative office in Lebanon, MEALIS was launched in 2013, with its primary objective to support the healthcare sector. MEALIS – Middle East and Africa Life Science – is a regional representative of global market-leading healthcare manufacturers mainly MALLINCKRODT contrast media and nuclear medicine.

• Provide technical support within the ME region to Technical Service Centers, Distributors and Third Parties (e.g. e-mail, phone, on-site)

• Distributing information such as product updates and Technical Service Bulletins to ensure all engineers have the latest information to perform proper service

• Performing installations and repairs on site (as requested due to reported issues)

• Providing technical product training

• Hold regular Product updates by Web-Ex for the region

• Liaise with Product Monitoring / Quality regarding technical issues in the region

• Liaise with manufacturing for technical issues, product updates, improvement and new product launches

• Train distributors sales team and end-user on the clinical value and the utilization of our new products and devices (SimpliCT, Calmed, Mallinckrodt injectors)

• In order to enhance the sales of our new products personally observe the performance of medical representatives by attending field visits and Hold regular meeting with assigned distributors on quarterly basis.
