Employed the methodology of the enzyme immobilization on the gold supports using the enzyme cross-linking with glutaraldehyde
Prepared sets of the model solutions and buffers for the biosensors’ calibration
Identified and assessed the effects of the working buffer parameters, including composition, pH value, buffer capacity, and ionic strength on the biosensors’ sensitivity, linear and dynamic ranges
Managed the immobilization of the bioselective elements of the biosensors
