• Instrumental in upgrading the partner status for Veeam from Gold to Platinum, generating a revenue growth of 63%, discount increase of 3% and a margin growth of 86% in 2014

• Played a key role in the implementation of an aggressive marketing campaign for Adobe around Creative Cloud that generated a revenue growth of 20%

• Implemented strong sales promotions across three offices that secured 25% growth on the Red Hat business for 2014

2012 – 2014 Associate Product Manager

• Overseeing production and workflow of the Next desk (PIMM) process, collaborating closely with bid desk and product management teams, to ensure that all SLAs are met

• Establishing and maintaining special bid and non-special SKU’s, utilising the Automatic Product Code generation module, in line with sales requests and business requirements

• Responsible for managing the special bid SKU database to ensure full clarity on activity of each individual product line, discontinuing as necessary to maintain an efficient database

• Communicating effectively with the sales team to respond to sales requests that are not currently set up to source products, direct from manufacturers and distribution units

• Managing supplier creation on all internal systems to facilitate the sourcing of special order products as necessary, adhering to internal supplier policy

• Negotiating and agreeing prices for special order products with suppliers, resulting in beneficial terms

• Accountable for managing the EDI mappings between ERP system and EDI suppliers to support the Automatic Product code generation, resulting in system integrity
