EXPERIENCE / QUALIFICATIONS

  • More then 28 years experience including 22+ years overseas and national experience in the oil & gas Operations & Projects both onshore and offshore including FPSO & barges. (Management & Mid-Management positions)
  • Operations/Production Training Instructor. Class room & On-the-job training and development of multinational production staff. Assessment of fields production team.
  • Specific hands on experience in GOSPs, sub sea equipment, artificial lift methods, produced water treatment/injection plants (PWTP), well testing, pigging operations, Sweet & Sour gas production, gas compression and utilization plants, fuel oil supply units, vapour recovery units (VRU),  chemical treatment, lab analysis, pumping stations, fiscal metering systems, PCS, DCS, PLC, fire & gas protection systems; All together with  associated utilities.
  • Pre-commissioning, commissioning and start up leader of new process plants & equipment.
  • SIMOPS & Shut-Down planner / coordinator / supervisor.
  • Oil movement & terminals operations including all associated paper works.
  • Procedures writer. Preparation of  variety of activities and production reports & documentation.
  • HSE Coordinator; Implementation & promotion of HSE and SMS. Overseeing PTW system.
  • Ability to communicate with people at all levels. Fluent in English, French and Arabic.
  • Leadership and management skills. Good experience in dealing with multinational teams.
  • Engineering diploma and multinational training’s held (as below mentioned).
  • Computer literate and experience in computer controlled systems. (Maximo, Avocet, etc..)

CAREER HISTORY

July 2014 to September 2015: HSE/SIMOPS Coordinator – MAUREL &PROM Gabon

SIMOPS Coordination between Project and Production Departments of Onal & Cougal sites upgrade project (Construction of a second Process train, a new gas compression station, a second power generation station and upgrading the water injection plant & export station).

Insure compliance and clearance of SIMOPS procedures as per company rules.

Assistance of JRA (ARO) documents as per company rules.

Organization and leading of RLO meetings with Project/HSE/CTR/Prod
