Roles & Responsibility:
• Production Planning and Control and supervising all the activities.
• Achieving Daily production targets to meet customer requirement.
• Ensuring day-to-day production planning, scheduling and controlling.
• Maintaining the quality standards like 5s,kaizen,POKA YOKA, Kanban, etc
• Maintaining all the reports, Gauges, Tools &Fixtures in Assembly area.
• Responsible for rejection analysis and set up approvals.
• Handling the manpower according to their skill level.
