• To handle the newly introduced projects from the early initiation & nomination (Kick – Off) phase till reaching smooth production per agreed timing plan and main project milestones; monitoring & controlling the whole project activities, ordering new facility, tools & equipment needed referring to the CAPEX budget as per initial business plan sheet, installing the production line ensuring a lean start via setting a robust process using some error proofing (Poka-Yoke) techniques.

• Applying SIX SIGMA DMAIC and root cause analysis techniques to improve process effectiveness.
• Preparing and evaluating the full implications of change management and implementing the changes that are required, signing off of new products, equipment, tooling, SQA reports, layout requirements, etc.
