DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
The most complete experience in international standards ISO was with Building Trust “Bavaria“, Brasov, where, in 2009, together with the Top Management, I implemented an Integrated Management System for Quality, Environment and Occupational Health and Safety. In 2010 we also implemented the SA8000 Social Accountability International Standard.
As a certified Quality Manager, therefore I worked in role of Management Representative and it was my responsibility to cooperate with company’s Top Management in order to:
– Establish policy and objectives for Integrated Management System;
– Participate to the creation of the Human Resources Organization Chart, which contains all necessary work positions;
– Take part in determining, assigning and establishing the processes of organisation;
– Make sure that the necessary processes are established, implemented and maintained;
– Develop the processes map;
– Establish, elaborate, implement, maintain and improve the documentation of Integrated Management System. This means: manual of Integrated Management System, mandatory procedures, work procedures and instructions, registration of external documents;
– Establish and elaborate management’s plans: for following the achievement of planned objectives, for workers’ instructions and audit plan;
– Evaluate suppliers and elaborate the “accepted suppliers list”;
– Control of measuring and equipment monitoring;
– Evaluate the customers satisfaction degree;
– Deal with Customers Complaints Resolution;
– Elaborate the audit plane and to organise, conduct and evaluate the internal audit within the organisation;
– Establish a preventive and corrective actions plan;
– Report to top management on the Integrated Management System performance.
