I deal with the entire recruitment process from acquiring the client and the job, advertising, long listing, shortlisting, scheduling and following through interviews, offers and negotiations on placements
This involves, but is not limited to:
• Posting ads, candidate generation, phone screening, long listing, short listing, arranging interviews
• Interviewing candidates to discuss career or education options
• Providing appropriate help, advice and recommendations based on interviews/test results
