I worked as a :millwright steel structures and mechanical/technician commissioning & maintenance. I assembled and installed modules with fans for cooling industrial water.
Or use steel elements (beams, bolts, washers, nuts) was all mechanical installation.
In these four months I worked as a millwright, I worked with pumps and compressors.
I did, alignments, with dial indicator, and parallel to the flange, also oil changes and rotation pumps. Finally, the last time, I did part of pre-commissioning team, and participated in all activities linked to this procedure:
-hydrotest the pipe and valve paths.
-tests with air and gas
-washing with water, and air blowing, the route after completion, test pressure.
-centering gaskets between the flanges, center, bolts to be equal, the final gathering, key, torque.

I worked on these two companies
I worked as a mechanic / technician for dynamic machines that:
-nitrogen compressors, air technology, AMC air, oxygen
-pumps: water, oxygen
-air and steam turbines
I deal with maintenance and repair, such machines, as well as installation and putting into operation.
There compressors, 2 stage, 4 stage, and the membrane inlet and outlet valves.
I deal with the exchange of these valves, the oil change, and the alignment (with watches comparators), pumps, and parallel flanges.
Also make revisions on all routes of industrial water, steam networks, it replaced the valves and gaskets, screws and bolts.
I was busy with activity, pre-commissioning and commissioning, putting pressure water pipes, washing them with chemicals, and blowing air. Each year is made, review, is replaced, valves, bolts, fittings, and pipe routes, if they were corroded.
I did review, the heat exchangers, installations, washed with water and blowing air..
As a complementary activity, I deal with control of water, and steam pressure gauges to check the index, real pressure.
I participated in reviewing the steam network, I changed gaskets, asbestos, and valves, on trails, steam.
Also, one time I worked at the workshop, mechanics, where I deal with the correction, compressor valves, and mounting them.
I was busy, and chlorination station, industrial water.
More precisely, lies in water, chlorine, zinc sulphate for water purification.
Performing maintenance and repairing activities repair for blowers, fans, gear boxes, gas turbines, reciprocating, centrifugal compressors, piston pumps, single – and multi-stage centrifugal pumps, metering pumps.
Performing alignment, using dial indicator, commissioning, start-up, maintenance and repairing for the rotating equipment as follows: gas and steam turbines, pumps and compressors.
