I was offered by AFI to take extremely challenging but highly rewarding role as Dep. Project Director. The Project, “Silver Towers”, is a multi-tower residential development having 270 000 m2 GCA and consisting of 3 towers each 55 floors located at the center of Moscow city.
Main Achievements
Together with my team, we have received positive expertise conclusion from MGE (State Construction Expertise in Moscow) for our 183mt high towers in 8 weeks and this has been a remarkable record so far.
Following “State Expertise” conclusion, construction permit has been received only in 2 week
*Due to current financial crisis in Russian market, Silver Tower project has been suspended by AFI.
Senior Project Manager / Mace International Gutenborg Residential Project (+2 billion USD)
2012-2014
Joining Mace in 2012, I accomplished Senior Project Manager role for Superstructure Packages of a huge residential project having 1.4 million m2 GCA in St. Petersburg. As Mace team, We have been awarded as delivery partner of our Client “SPbR” starting from resettlement of project land till commissioning of 46 plots.
Main Achievements
Package Management of Sub & Superstructure packages of 46 plots (taking Stage-P design from designers, creating scope sheets, pricing schedules, tendering and awarding contractors & suppliers,
Monitoring progress of contractors on site (“Earned value” or “Line of Balance Technique”)
Being lead responsible for making sure that Contractors are executing their works on site in line with “Mace Quality Plan”
Leading cost managers and construction managers to start and complete each work packages on time, within budget and in required quality level.
Head of Tender Dept. promoted to Dep. General Director Palmira Group (Several Projects – 260 million USD)

Being the head responsible for Palmira`s projects in Russia, I have established strong and long-term relationship with Clients starting from tender stage till handing over of projects. I have delivered 4 projects in 5 years under budget with superior customer satisfaction through consistent management of tasks.
