Milano Brothers Int. is a US Company that distributes to Italy components and subsystems for the Hi-Rel Industrial, Military, Avionic, and Space Markets.
As the engineer of the company, I am in charge of managing, both technically and commercially, all the design-in and sales activities with our current customers or prospects, in which one or more products of our principals could be involved.
I am also in charge of scouting for new companies to represent, and team up with the sales agents appointed for the specific regions, that take care of the orders once they are recurring
Since 2014: President of the Home Automation Commission at the “Order of Engineers of Rome”
PREVIOUS EXPERIENCE
• 2014: NES Italia LTD: Patent and design of SmartQsine (http://www.smartqsine.com); an IOT (Internet of Things) device for Inventory Management
• 2008. Selex Communications SpA (a Finmeccanica Company): Software Engineer for the design and realization of an application dedicated to the management of the communications between different Police Control Stations, under Tetra network
• 2007. Space Engineering SpA: Software Engineer for 2 applications related to the Ground Section of Sicral and Sicral 1-B satellites
• 2007. Verdi’S SpA: Design of the control board of a motorized chair used for post-trauma rehabilitation.
• 2006. Patent and design of the first Bluetooth Electromyography System, in collaboration with ISI S.r.l. and “Università Tor Vergata” of Rome. The project has been sold a year later.
• 2005. Department of motor science of “Università Tor Vergata” of Rome: Realization of a system for visual tracking, oriented to sport training.
• 2005. I.N.S.E.A.N. (National Institute Studies and Experiences of Naval Architecture): 6 months stage, software development for transducers’ calibration and PCB design.
• 2005: “C.S.E. 2000” Realization of an application for finance management
• 2004: Collaboration with Dr. Brozzi of A.S. Roma (football team); advising in purchasing instrumentation for “Roma-Lab”.
