• Delivered pioneering, complex high security training to UAE Nationals on specialist national security infrastructures throughout UAE i.e. oil and gas locations.
• Configured operational sites to 3 security systems (Wisdom, Four C & Armor) with responsibility for monitoring critical zones to ensure system performance and pre-empt technical defects.
• Designed, developed and delivered training on a wide range of high specification security systems including facial and vehicle recognition to aid border security prevent both crime and illegal border entries.
• Regularly review and tailor course material to ensure its optimum response to threat identification and tactics and maintain best practice amongst operators. Introduced additional courses to compliment the initial basic course, including refresher and mobile surveillance training.
• Introduced training development process and official accreditation to maintain highest standard of operation.
• Responsible for providing trainee training, development and review to 400+ integrators and operators based all over the UAE, establishing and implementing a minimum standard for competency.

• Provided training on behalf of DSSG to Police and Correctional Officers on entry and exit control procedures, personnel and vehicle searches, threat identification, anti-terrorist tactics, ethical conduct and strategic planning.
• As a Coast Guard Instructor for ADUKG provided both classroom and practical training on maritime navigation, weapons training, boat maintenance, small boat operations, and safety, first aid, tactical boarding skills, defensive tactics, weapons retention and investigations.

Military Advisor & Instructor & Logistics Chief, Dubai
• Initially recruited as Brigade Logistics Chief. Additionally asked to design a dedicated PE program to ensure 150 previously unsuccessful Emirati recruits passed their accreditation. Delivered 97% pass rate within 1mth of training.
• Success led to request from Commander to design, develop and execute pioneering NCO and Combat Conditioning course for the Presidential Guard covering leadership, confidence, small arms and military tactics.
• Developed marksmanship evaluation as part of the overall accreditation and delivered all final course reports.

Headquarters Platoon Sergeant, Camp Lejune, North Carolina
• With responsibility for 48 Marines and 12 amphibious assault vehicles, led on training on new command and control vehicles, with additional duties for developing and implementing associated standard company operating procedures.
• Acting Logistics Chief, reporting into Operations Chief. Responsible for all equipment, fuel, food and parts logistical supply and resource management for 3 platoons’ missions and trainings.
• Appointed as Battalion Staff Non Commissioned Officer in Charge of Battalion annual Rifle Range qualifications.

Marine Expeditionary Unit Amphibious Assault Vehicle Section Leader, Mediterranean
• As Command and Control Section (responsible for 8 marines and 2 amphibious assault vehicles), co-ordinated all air, artillery, naval guns and tank and troop movement.
• Delivered training to 500 marines and foreign military (UK, Greek and German) as Combat Marksmanship Instructor, establishing best practice. Initiated large scale training development including delivery simplification, presentation redesign and streamlined exam management and associated reporting.

Regimental Combat Team 2 Squad Leader, Iraq
• Managed team of 12, providing ground security including watch and route security for convoys travelling through Iraq, including ensuring personal security of Regimental Commander.
• Oversaw key security operations to stabilise the government and managed detainee land and air transportation/handling to secure locations
August 2004 – Jun 2005
Correctional Officer, Franklin Correctional Center, North Carolina
• Whilst on Inactive Reserve Duty was Correctional Officer at medium security, adult male correctional facility with responsibility for supervising inmate activities, managing a team of 14 ensuring installation security via perimeter patrols, video surveillance and prisoner monitoring.
Oct 2000 – Jun 2004 Anti-Tank Assaultman, 3rd Battalion, 6th Marine Regiment, Worldwide Locations
• Rapidly promoted through ranks to Lance Corporal with responsibility as Section Leader for conducting hard and soft anti-terrorist raids. Successful leadership ensured promotion to Corporal with responsibility for 12 marines and 6 multi-purpose Anti-Armor Weapon systems.
• Assigned to Anti-Terrorism battalion responsible for working closely with local law enforcement and military teams to manage serious threats across the globe including Expeditionary Units in Afghanistan, Africa, Puerto Rico, Aruba and Mediterranean Sea.
