Analogue circuits: analysis (finding all present currents and voltages) and realisation (using PSPICE, breadboards and PCBs for applications such as power amplifiers and filters).
Digital circuits: derivation (through logic reduction and RTL techniques before going onto fault coverage and test generation) and realisation (using microprocessors, FPGAs and microcontrollers).
C++: from basic control statements and user I/O to creating functions, classes and data structures. Also, knowing to program intuitively by appropriately naming variables and annotating the code.
Final year project: used MATLAB extensively in the conceptual design of a digital hearing aid system.
