The newly integrated refineries to operate as a merchant complex with total capacity of about 800,000 b/d. Capacity of the new refinery at Al Zour in southern Kuwait, which will mainly supply low-sulfur fuel to Kuwaiti power plants and yield products for export, will be 615,000 b/d.

Lead the CDU team and Sub Lead for HYDROCRACKER units. Issued deliverables as per the planned schedule. Prepared and reviewed the deliverables PFD, DPDT,UFD,UDD,P&IDs, Pump Hydraulics, Line sizing and hydraulics, Control valve calculations, PSV orifice sizing, inlet and out let line sizing, Vessel Sizing, Compressor calculations. Preparation of various process deliverables such as Process Data Sheets, Instrument Data Sheets, Line List, Equipmet List, Design Basis Documents, study reports with recommendations for modifications to existing systems.
