Led Project, Communication, and Training Planning. Headed migration of BMC Remedy ARS 7.0.1 to 7.6. Developed a data migration strategy, defined foundation data, and mapped with legacy data. Designed and implemented service catalogues. Oversaw design processes for IM, SRM, and CM. Devised a critical incident process based on the security framework and scorecard for critical system identification. Initiated DRP and BCP definitions as the system was critical.
PROJECT MANAGER: IDENTITY AND ACCESS MANAGEMENT( IAM)
Determined attributes and master data definition (HR, Legal, IT, Facilities, telephony, etc.). Aligned business and IT processes for on-boarding, moves, and off-boarding. Implemented an Identities Lifecycle Management process definition and Controls/KPI’s. Conducted analyses of security risks and mitigation. Designed a solution for automatic provisioning/de-provisioning, RBAC, and SSO. Conducted security audits based on ISO 27001.
PROJECT MANAGER: GOVERNANCE FRAMEWORK DESIGN AND IMPLEMENTATION
Conducted ‘as-is’ analysis (SWOT) of the situation. Identified governance domains to address and designed governance framework. Initiated an action plan based on COBIT and TOGAF. Organized and led workshop with IT Senior Management.
