Basically, those years our strategy is digital marketing centric. Inbound Marketing (improving SEO, social media presence), Outbound Marketing, lead nurturing, lead scoring. This strategy let us being more lead /objective oriented and gaining visibility inside the company and having direct return of the department.

Controlling the budget, coordinate countries, measure using Navision CRM and generating leads are some of our primary aims in all countries and that is the way we measure.

Raona, created in March 2003 is a software development and consultancy company specialized in new technologies.

I have been in charge of the creation and development of the Marketing department in Spain (Barcelona & Madrid), UK and Argentina. The marketing team staff consists of 4 persons, 2 in Spain, 1 in London and 1 in Argentina. All of them reporting to me. In November of 2003, Raona had 7 workers, I included, and at the end of 2010 we were 100 workers. Every year until 2008 we doubled the revenue of Raona, in 2009 and 2010, we maintained the same revenue as 2008.

My main tasks are: create the marketing plan of the company involving all the teams in the company, control budgets, results, and analyze the campaigns and the ROI of each. Also, control the communication and the social media actions. Providers are really important in our marketing plan.

Development and management of the department, take care of the corporate brand image and corporate material. Research, evaluation and final decision of providers, both in design and communication providers. Development of the marketing plan (objectives, budget, action & calendar) and its execution.

Other competences are:

 Create and maintain Partners relationship (Microsoft, ESI (European Software Institute), CIP (Productivity and Innovation Center), Oracle).

 Establish the engineers’ objectives.

 Maintain the website and increase the number of site visits.
